About
As a
lifelong resident of North Carolina, I have made many memories in the
great outdoors. My time away from work is spent with my family, my
church, bass fishing, deep sea fishing and deer hunting. My love
of the North Carolina coast brought me and my family to Brunswick
County. I never take for granted this place we now call home.
As a former Sales Representative/Account Manager years ago, prepared me
to operate a successful company with integrity and professionalism.
I hold an Unlimited Builders License in the state of North Carolina.
I am a member of the Southport-Oak Island Chamber of Commerce. I
have experience meeting the needs and realizing the vision for different
investment groups, working within their budget needs and within their
timeframe. My God given artistic ability has given me an eye for
detail and the desire to design and build.
Pursuing my clients’ interests is important to me. With my wife,
Robin understanding the importance of managing the financial side of the
company, Moffitt Builders can bring a project in on time and within
budget. She is also a Realtor and can assist customers in the purchase
of real estate. Her experience in the design aspect of the
building process is invaluable to Moffitt Builders, Inc. Robin has
worked with several clients by guiding them in the process of selecting
fixtures, floor coverings, and color palettes. She listens to the
owner's wishes, takes into consideration the lighting of each room and
simplifies the color decisions. Each room is a visual delight and
reflects our clients' personalities.
I was raised to be a man of my word and I was taught to be committed and
to do all things to the best of my ability. I am blessed

Choose Your Plan
Once you have selected your lot, it is time to
select your house plan. It is important to find a plan that fits on
the lot with regard to the setback requirements of the local
jurisdiction. Also, some subdivisions have architectural review
boards that will want to approve your plan. The staff at
Moffitt Builders is
here to assist you. Robin, our administrator, has
many years experience in plan selection. She is available,
first and foremost, to assist you in finding a plan that meets the
needs of you and your family, and secondly, one that meets the
requirements of the reviewing agencies.
There are several ways to
obtain house plans, sometimes referred to as blueprints. One way
is to hire an architect or plan designer. Another is to purchase a
stock plan from a plan service or directly from the design professional.
